The ASEAN-Korea Centre (Secretary General H.E. Kim Hae-yong) participated in ‘NextRise 2021′, a global start-up fair organized by the Korea Development Bank and Korea International Trade Association, on June 28-29.

Secretary General Kim Hae-yong attended the opening ceremony that in which Prime Minister Kim Boo-kyum, Chairman of KDB Lee Dong gull and Chairman of KITA Koo Ja-yeol and 17 representatives from major organizations and venture capitals.

AKC cooperated with the ASEAN Secretariat in introducing ASEAN’s start-up environment and its assistance towards start-ups at the NextRise conference in addition to showcasing ASEAN start-ups’ pitch decks during the fair. AKC also assisted ASEAN start-ups with arranging virtual meetings with global start-ups, venture capitalists and investors.
