On 7 December 2018, professors from various universities in Thailand involved in the publication of ‘Korea Today’ made their visit to the ASEAN-Korea Centre (AKC).

The welcoming address was delivered by Mme. Jang Yeun-ju Jessy, Deputy Secretary General of the AKC, followed by a briefing by Ms. Kim-ji, Officer of Development Planning and General Affairs Unit (DPGAU) that delved into the details of the Centre’s activities and ASEAN-Korea partnership.

In addition, a roundtable session was conducted by Mme. Khaing Mee Mee Htun, Head of Culture & Tourism Unit, Mme. Yoo Jin-sook, Director of ASEAN Hall and Mr. Ha Chae-Kyoun, Officer of Information & Date Unit, where much interest and questions were raised about youth exchange related activities and the future direction of ASEAN-Korea academic exchange.

The ASEAN Hall of ASEAN-Korea Centre conducts the group visit program with the aim of raising the awareness of ASEAN and ASEAN-Korea partnership.
