On August 30, the ASEAN-Korea Centre welcomed delegations from ASEAN universities who visited Korea invitation program by the Korean Foundation for Advanced Studies. Dr. Poe Kaung, Rector of University of Yangon, Myanmar, Dr. Bouadam Sengkhamkhoutlavong, Director of the Asia Research Center at National University of Laos, and Dr. Nguyen Thi Anh Thu, Director of Cooperation and Development Department of the Vietnam National University, Hanoi visited the Centre for their first time.

A roundtable session was hosted by H.E. Lee Hyuk, Secretary General of the ASESAN-Korea Centre, and the participants discussed on ASEAN-Korea relations and the role of the AKC, as well as the future cooperation with the Centre.
