The first lecture of the Special Thai Lecture Series, organized in collaboration with Korean Association of Thai Studies in celebration of the 60th Anniversary of Thailand-Korea relations, was held in ASEAN Hall of the ASEAN-Korea Centre on 6 September 2018. Titled ‘A Look into Thailand’, to be held over the course of 5 weeks, will take a closer look into the Thai society, economy and culture.

Following the welcoming remarks by Mr. Kim Chang-nyun, Head of ASEAN-Korea Centre’s Development Planning and General Affairs Unit, Professor Yoon Jin-pyo of Sungshin University gave an overview of Thailand-Korea relations under a lecture titled ‘Looking back at 60 years of Thailand-Korea relations’.
