ASEAN-Korea Centre participated in the ASEAN Tourism Forum 2016 which was held on 18-22 January 2016 in Manila, Philippines, to present and promote activities of the Centre that aims to strengthen culture and tourism exchange between ASEAN and Korea as well as raise ASEAN awareness to Korean public and to strengthen network with stakeholders. 

The ASEAN Tourism Forum 2016 aimed at promoting the ASEAN as an attractive, multi-faceted single tourist destination and stimulating greater intra-ASEAN travel. Tourism ministers of ASEAN and Plus Three countries, senior officers of tourism and culture, International Organizations attended the Forum. 

H.E. Kim Young-sun, Secretary General and Muhamad Daud, Head of the Culture and Tourism Unit of the Centre made presentations at the 19th Meeting of the Tourism Ministers and the 43rd Meeting of ASEAN NTOs respectively. 

Trilateral Meeting among the Three Centres, ASEAN-China Centre, ASEAN-Japan Centre, and ASEAN-Korea Centre, was also held during the Forum.
