The ASEAN-Korea Centre participated in the ‘Hankyoreh-Busan International Symposium’, which took place during November 11-12 in Busan.

Held under the topic of ‘’2020 Pandemic’ and Seismic Shifts in the International Order: New National Strategy Building’, Secretary General Lee Hyuk of the ASEAN-Korea Centre moderated the session ‘Facilitating City Diplomacy for Strengthening Korea-ASEAN Cooperation’. Together with H.E. Nguyen Vu Tung, Ambassador of Vietnam to Korea, Hon. Lee Jasmine, Executive Director of Korea Cultural Diversity Organization, Professor Choe Won-gi of the Korea National Diplomatic Academy, and Professor Jin Si-won of Busan National University, discussions on the latest New Southern Policy Plus Strategy and the importance of city-to-city interaction took place.
