Lee Hyuk, Secretary General of the ASEAN-Korea Centre noted, “The ASEAN-Korea Centre has striven to serve as a platform providing in-depth resources on ASEAN. Since its inception in 2009, the Centre has hosted the ASEAN Lecture Series offering public lectures on various topics ranging from history, society, and cultures of ASEAN to digitalization and the Korean wave. With the ever-growing importance of digital platforms such as YouTube amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, the ‘ASEAN Issue’ is launched in an attempt to disseminate interactive and quality content on ASEAN through online platforms. I hope the ‘ASEAN Issue’ will contribute to the public’s greater interest and a deeper understanding of ASEAN and ASEAN-Korea relations.”
